This energy-efficient concrete building consists of 5-stories and a sub-level parking garage, comprising of 97 residential units with a gym, community room and a large elevated communal patio complete with a water feature. The building structure is made up of a prestressed hollow core floor system supported by insulated concrete form (ICF) and formed concrete support beams.
